Welcome to the History of Guildford, here you will find all the information you need to know about Guildford past and present.

We are taking pictures of Guildford town centre, local pubs, shops, and places where people like to visit ie churches and the old parts of the town. The entire photo collection will be uploaded to this part of the site where you will be able to view, from one year to the next, Guildford in all its glory.

Over the years you will be able to see the town changing, growing and developing; What a record this will make, to see the city changing year by year.
